Adopting an SPOC concept, preliminary test orders are carried out and subsequently analysed via a full 360-degree evaluation, so that any vulnerabilities can be identified and eliminated in the next phase of the project. GOCELO then assumes responsibility for last-mile delivery, which includes the coordination of unloading points, online reporting and escalation management protocols. All GOCELO sites receive training in the various client-specific procedures.
