GOCELO Stuttgart developed and implemented a highly specialised medical logistics and field service strategy tailored to the demands of hospital environments and high-value medical equipment. Our team began by coordinating the secure collection of each diagnostic system from the manufacturer, implementing strict handling protocols from the outset. The equipment was transported to our Stuttgart hub, where it was stored under monitored temperature conditions in a controlled staging zone to minimise exposure to environmental risk. For the final stage of delivery, GOCELO used vehicles equipped with air suspension and shock-absorbing systems to protect the sensitive devices while travelling through urban Stuttgart.
Once on site, our certified field service technicians carried out white-glove delivery directly into hospital imaging rooms. They managed every aspect of placement, unpacking and installation under sterile, hygiene-compliant conditions. In collaboration with hospital facilities teams, GOCELO ensured adherence to medical access protocols, infection control standards and technical setup requirements. We managed scheduling, asset tracking and site readiness through our Transport Management System (TMS), while a dedicated Single Point of Coordination (SPOC) ensured seamless communication with the medical client’s logistics and operations teams throughout the project.
