A leading European smart vending provider was preparing to roll out its services across Berlin, targeting high-traffic office complexes and transit stations. They required a logistics partner to oversee the delivery, on-site installation and field service support of these valuable smart vending machines from start to finish.

Each delivery had to adhere to precise time windows, and the machines had to arrive fully functional and connected, and be positioned in the exact pre-approved locations. There was no local installation team or warehouse space available.

During the on-site phase, GOCELO deployed trained and certified field technicians who were responsible for unpacking the vending units, positioning them according to layout plans and completing all necessary setup tasks.

This included connecting power and data lines, performing hardware and software checks, and ensuring immediate operational readiness. Our advanced Transport Management System (TMS) provided real-time tracking and full visibility throughout the entire process, enabling our operations team and the client to monitor progress at every stage. Communication was streamlined through our dedicated Single Point of Coordination (SPOC), who acted as a consistent and accountable liaison between the vending company’s project managers and GOCELO’s logistics and field service teams on the ground.
