Our advanced Transport Management System (TMS) provided real-time tracking and full visibility throughout the entire process, enabling our operations team and the client to monitor progress at every stage. Communication was streamlined through our dedicated Single Point of Coordination (SPOC), who acted as a consistent and accountable liaison between the vending company’s project managers and GOCELO’s logistics and field service teams on the ground.
